Many lives have been transformed and changed as a result of attending weekly Bible Study that GWCM Church has faithfully held since September of 2000. GWCM Church down through the years has reached out to those who were in need. Every year we have provided children of a Detroit Public School with hats, gloves and scarves. We have provided schools, families, and various agencies with food boxes during the Thanksgiving and Christmas holidays and throughout the year. We have provided clothing and personal hygiene kits to men, women, children, and adult shelters. Through the years we have provided the Men of Labelle, the men of Wingate, adult Foster Care facilities with the word of God, food, clothing, and sweet potato pies. Many other facilities such as, Heartline, Black Family Development, and the Salvation Army families within the Detroit Metropolitan area have also been the recipients of food, toys, and clothing.

GWCM Church has implemented many ministries and programs in which children and adults have been served in various capacities. A few of our “Good Works” are as follows: Free Spirit Dance & Mime Ministry, Youth group, Praise & Worship Team, Church School, Bible Study, Daughters of Sarah, Young Boys of Gideon, Gate Keepers, Hospitality Committee, Good Works, and many other works of service. GWCM is a church that uses the gifts and talents of God’s people to bring Him glory. It is our mission to set the sick, lost, and hurting people free in order to advance the Kingdom of God here on earth. GWCM is exemplifying God’s Greater Works.
